WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will look to end the regular season on a high note and gain some momentum for next week's ACC Tournament when the Demon Deacons host the Clemson Tigers on Senior Night on Sunday. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Lawrence Joel Coliseum. The game will be nationally televised on Fox Sports Sunday Night Hoops and is also available on the Wake Forest ISP Sports Radio Network.
The Deacons enter the matchup at 18-9 overall and 8-7 in the ACC following their 51-47 setback at Florida State on Wednesday. Wake Forest has dropped four straight and has fell out of contention for a first-round bye in the ACC Tournament.
With a win on Sunday and some help, the Deacons can finish as high as a tie for third place in the final conference standings. In terms of Tournament seeding, however, Wake Forest can finish no higher than fifth but no lower than seventh.
Seniors Ishmael Smith and L.D. Williams are seeking to hit career milestones in their final game at the Joel Coliseum. Smith is 11 assists shy of 600 for his career, while Williams is 16 points away from 1,000.
Clemson comes in at 21-8 overall and 9-6 in the ACC after picking up a 91-80 home win over Georgia Tech on Tuesday in Clemson. The Tigers have won five of their past six games since Feb. 10.
Wake Forest leads the series with Clemson, 97-52. The Deacons have won four of their past five meeting with the Tigers, including twice last season. Wake has won 17 straight home games over Clemson since 1991.

Wake Forest will honor its six senior student-athletes in a pre-game ceremony on Sunday. Deacons Phaethon Bolton, Kyle Fowler, Chas McFarland, Ishmael Smith, David Weaver and L.D. Williams will be recognized, along with their parents, before the game.
