Deacs Take Second Place in Doubles at Elon Invite

ELON, N.C. - Wake Forest's David Hopkins and Amogh Prabhakar took home second place in doubles at the Elon Invitational after dropping an 8-6 decision to Elon's Cameron Silverman and Eric Turner in the championship match on Sunday.
This weekend's tournament was the first time that Hopkins and Prabhakar had teamed up in doubles in a competitive match. They beat teams from Coastal Carolina and Campbell to reach the finals of the A1 Doubles flight.
The Demon Deacons have a busy slate next weekend as part of the team will compete in the ITA Carolina Regionals in Chapel Hill, N.C. while others travel to the Virginia Invitational in Charlottesville, Va.
