King Fisher Society Student-Athlete of the Week - Nikita Mescheriakov

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest junior forward Nikita Mescheriakov has been named the King Fisher Society Student-Athlete of the Week.
The award, sponsored by the King Fisher Society, seeks to honor a student-athlete who has excelled both on and off the field as a Demon Deacon.
A native of Minsk, Belarus, Mescheriakov is majoring in economics after transferring from Georgetown University before the start of the 2010 spring semester.
On the court, Mescheriakov is averaging 3.3 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. He has made five starts since debuting for the Deacons in mid-December.
