Men's Golf Looks To Keep Rolling At SeaHawk Invitational

The men's golf team will look to continue its good start to the spring as it competes in the Seahawk Invitational this weekend at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, N.C.

Sunday- 8:45 a.m. shotgun start
Monday- 8:45 a.m. tee times off of 1st and 10th tees

Wake Forest Tournament History:
- This is Wake Forest's second appearance in the Seahawk Invitational.
- The Demon Deacons finished second last year in their first appearance in the rain shortened event.
- Charlie Harrison recorded the first top-5 finish of his career, placing third. Evan Beck also played well, finishing fifth.
- Lee Bedford opened the spring with a victory at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate.
- That was his first win this season and the fourth of his career.
- Bedford currently leads the team with a 72.9 scoring average. He has finished in the top 20 three this season.
- Despite being number two on the team with a stroke average of 73.3, Charlie Harrison leads the team with four top 20 finishes and boasts the team's lowest score of 68. He also had a good tournament at the Mobile Bay Invitational, finishing 10th at even-par.
- Wake Forest is coming off a 3rd place finish as a team at the Mobile Bay Invitational last week, carding a three-round total of 1-over par.
