Wake Forest Tournament History:
- This is Wake Forest's second appearance in the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate.
- Wake finished third as a team in 2012 after being in a tie for the lead after the opening round.
- Lee Bedford birdied the final two holes to claim his fourth collegiate victory. Bedford finished the event at 4-under 212.
Wake Forest Notes:
- The Deacons capped the fall by finishing 12th at the US Collegiate Championship.
- Wake's best finish in four fall events was a runner-up finish at the Golfweek Conference Challenge.
- After firing his career-low with a 6-under 66 in the final round of the Golfweek Conference Challenge, senior Evan Beck carded three-straight under-par rounds at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate.
- Beck finished runner-up at the BOT at 8-under par.
- For the season, Beck leads the team with a 71.4 scoring average and two top-10 finishes.
- Junior Thomas Birdsey led the team at the season-opening Carpet Capital, finishing tied for 14th at even-par.
- Birdsey is second on the team with a 72.9 scoring average.
- Freshman Davis Womble, who made his collegiate debut at the Golfweek Conference Challenge, carded a 3-under 69 in the second round for his lowest round of the season.
- Senior Charlie Harrison tied for 10th at the Golfweek Conference Challenge for the fifth top-10 finish of her career.
