WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - After not playing each other in 2012, Wake Forest and Coastal Carolina will renew the rivalry on Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park.

Last Time Out Wake Forest dropped two of three to NC State over the weekend at home. The Wolfpack won 12-6 on Friday and 5-2 on Sunday, while the Demon Deacons won 13-4 on Saturday. Mark Rhine had a great weekend at the plate, recording seven hits in the series. Justin Van Grouw earned Wake Forest's win on Saturday by pitching 6.0 innings.

Coastal Carolina comes into the game at .500 with a 10-10 overall record.
The Chanticleers have won three straight after beating Michigan twice and Akron once at home over the weekend.

Coastal Carolina holds a slim 15-13 all-time advantage over Wake Forest in a series that started in 1977.
The Chants defeated the Deacs in the last meeting 10-2 in Conway, S.C. in 2011.
