Wake Forest Offering Little Spikers Winter Program

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest volleyball will be hosting the Little Spikers volleyball program for 1st-5th graders every Tuesday evening beginning on Jan. 14. The program will run through April 8 and will cost $249.
It will be open to both boys and girls and focuses on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of the game, how to communicate with each other, and creates an environment with as many ball contacts as possible under the active instruction of the Wake Forest volleyball staff and current Wake Forest players.
Exercises and drills will be used to teach hand-eye coordination, self-confidence, agility and motor skills. Participants will be divided into groups based on skill level.
The program will take place in Reynolds Gym on the campus of Wake Forest University.
