Skander Mansouri Signs With Wake Forest

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest head men's tennis coach Tony Bresky announced today that talented recruit Skander Mansouri has signed a National Letter of Intent to play at Wake Forest next season.
Mansouri, who will come to Wake Forest from Tunisia, has had success in both juniors and on the ITF Pro Circuit as an amateur.
"Skander has a ton of international experience both in juniors and on the pro tour, and with the pedigree that he has, we think he can come in and be one of the best freshmen in the country next season," said Bresky. "I've really enjoyed getting to know him and his family. He's a tremendous student and person, and I think he's going to be a great fit at Wake Forest.
A strong doubles player who stands at 6-3, Mansouri has won two professional doubles Futures tournaments as well as seven junior doubles titles. He has been ranked as high as No. 523 in the ATP Doubles Rankings. Mansouri has also had success in singles, winning one junior title.
Mansouri has competed extensively on the junior circuit and has played in the Wimbledon and French Open junior tournaments.
