WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest Athletics has announced the upcoming promotions schedule for the 2015 Wake Forest baseball season.
Ticket prices for this season are $6 for individual game tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday games. Children three and under are admitted free. Adult season passes are $48 while youth/senior season passes are $27. Tickets can be purchased at the game or in advance online at WakeForestSports.com or by calling 1-888-758-DEAC or 336-758-DEAC.
Weekday games (Monday through Thursday) are free.
Season Long Promotions
• Beginning March 6th we will have Guess Your Speed Pitching game on the concourse for fans for $1.
• Play bingo at every ACC Saturday game.
• Student Cash Prize Contest- We will randomly call out a Wake Forest student's name during every home baseball game of the regular season. If that student is in attendance, they will win $100. If the winner is not in attendance, the prize will roll over to the next home game and the total will be accrued until someone wins at which point the winning amount will start over at $100.
• Putter's Foul Ball Promotion- Fans that catch foul balls can return them to the marketing table to win a prize! Single Game Promotions
Saturday, February 14th vs. Delaware at 6 PM
• Bromance Night- Don't be shy, come out to the baseball game with your bro and enjoy the game.
Sunday, March 1st vs. Towson at Noon/vs. Marshall at 4 PM
• National Pig Day- Wake Forest students are welcome to participate in our pig cook-off! We will see who can create the best pig related dish. To register your group, email sharpej@wfu.edu.
Friday, March 6th vs. Virginia Tech at 6 PM
• ACC Home Opener/Crazy Hat Night- Wear your favorite hat to the game! We will also be giving away FREE baseball hats while supplies last.
Saturday, March 7th vs. Virginia Tech at 4 PM
• Strike Out Cancer -Wear pink and admittance is FREE. We will host a special auction in which all proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Sunday, March 8th vs. Virginia Tech at 1 PM
• International Women's Day- We are specially inviting softball and female themed groups to participate in a special gameday promotion. We will have a pre-game chalk talk with a member of the coaching staff and have a polka-dot giveaway while supplies last. To register your group email sharpej@wfu.edu.
• We will have $1 hot dogs at our concession stands
Tuesday, March 17th vs. Connecticut at 6 PM
• St. Patrick's Day- Make sure you wear green as we will celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style.
Friday, March 20th vs. Miami at 6 PM
• Wake Forest is Cleaning Out Our Closet- With the first day of spring we will be cleaning out our closet and giving away free t-shirts.
Saturday, March 21st vs. Miami at 4 PM
• Art in the Park- We will have a special art gallery of Wake Forest student's work on display on the concourse. We will also have a special coloring area for youth.
Sunday, March 22nd vs. Miami at 1 PM
• Camper Reunion Night- All of the baseball campers will be invited back to watch the Demon Deacons take on ACC rival Miami.
Wednesday, March 25th vs. Charlotte at 6 PM
• National Waffle Day Eve- We will have free waffles for fans while supplies last in honor of National Waffle Day Eve.
Friday, April 3rd vs. Boston College at 6 PM
• Youth Day/Kids Take Over the Ball Park- We will have inflatables and give away color changing cups while supplies lasts. Youth can get into the game for free when they wear a baseball/softball jersey. Youth can register to become a join athletics staff on game day and assist with a variety of game-day jobs while space is available. To register, email sharpej@wfu.edu
Saturday, April 4th vs. Boston College at 4 PM
• Local Hero Day- Triad area police, fire, and EMS are invited to tonight's game free of charge. To request tickets, call (336)-758-3255.
Sunday, April 5th vs. Boston College at 1PM
• Easter Celebration- Come celebrate Easter with the Demon Deacon baseball team.
Friday, April 24th vs. Notre Dame at 6 PM
• Military Appreciation-Fans will receive American Flags while supplies last. Fans that show their Military ID will get into the game for free.
Saturday, April 25th vs. Notre Dame at 4 PM
• Bark in the Park- Bring out your furry friend(s) for a day at the Ball Park!
Sunday, April 26th vs. Notre Dame at 12:30 PM
• National Pretzel Day- We will give away free bags for pretzels while supplies last.
• Faculty/Staff Recognition
Friday, May 8th vs. NC State at 6 PM
• Senior Day- Come out and honor our seniors for their last home series. We will give out free pom poms while supplies lasts
Saturday, May 9th at 4 PM
• 60th Anniversary of the National Championship- We will celebrate our 60th anniversary of winning the baseball National Championship in 1955! We will have the trophy available for pictures and will have other activities supporting the only ACC team to have ever won the baseball National Championship.
