Wake Forest Tournament History
• This is Wake Forest's 12th appearance in The Landfall Tradition.
• Wake has won the team twice, in 2007, 2008 and 2014. The Demon Deacons are the only three-time champion of the event.
• Three Demon Deacons have taken home the individual medal at The Landfall Tradition: Nuria Clau in 2002, Nannette Hill in 2007 and Dolores White in 2008.
• Hill holds the lowest round in The Landfall Tradition with a second-round 66 in 2007.
• Allison Emrey was Wake Forest's top individual finisher at fourth place. Emrey carded a 3-under 213 (72-69-72) for the weekend. Freshman Erica Herr posted a 2-under 70 in the final round to finish tied for 11th at 216 (73-73-70).
Wake Forest Notes
• Sophomore Erica Herr leads the team with a 73.67 stroke average this season. Junior Sierra Sims and freshman Jennifer Kupcho are tied for second on the team with a 74.00 stroke average.
• Sierra Sims has fired the only two rounds under 70 for the Demon Deacons this season. She carded a 69 in the first round of the season at the Cougar Classic and at the second round of the Lady Paladin Invitational.
• Wake Forest finished fourth at the Lady Paladin Invitational, for the team's best finish of the fall.
