The women will kick off the day with a 6k race beginning at noon before the men cap the day with a 10k run slated for 1 p.m.
There will be 33 teams joining the Demon Deacons and host Virginia at the event: Appalachian State, Campbell, Charlotte, Clemson, Coastal Carolina, Charleston, Davidson, Duke, East Carolina, Eastern Kentucky, Elon, Furman, George Mason, High Point, Kentucky, Liberty, Longwood, Louisville, Morehead State, Murray State, NC State, North Carolina, Presbyterian, Radford, Richmond, UNC Greensboro, UNC-Wilmington, USC Upstate, Virginia Tech, Virginia Military Institute, Western Kentucky, William & Mary and Winthrop.
Additionally, North Carolina A&T will send its men's team and Gardner-Webb, James Madison, South Carolina and UNC-Asheville will have their women's squads competing.

A total of 31 teams will compete as a team at the NCAA Division I Championships in Louisville, Ky. on Nov. 21. Eighteen bids are automatic—the top two teams in each region—and 13 bids are at-large. The remaining at-large bids are based on the previous year NCAA Championship finish.

In the Deacs' last meet, the ACC Championships in Tallahassee, Fla., the women came in 12th, while the men took 14th place. Samantha Jones' sixth-place finish in the 6k women's race was the best by a Deacon at a conference meet since 2010. She earned All-ACC honors for the second-straight year. Fischbach led the men, finishing 78th.
At the Southeast Regional in 2014, the Demon Deacon men had 10th-place finish out of 33 teams, led by Jake Poyner in 51st. Of the team's returnees, Garrett had the best finish, placing 91st.
The Deacon women came in ninth at the regional race last season. Jones paced the team, finishing 34th overall out of 257 runners.
Both Wake Forest teams have run at Panorama Farms before this season when they competed at the Panorama Farms Invitational on Sept. 26. The men placed 12 in a 15-team field with Alexander Giacco's 52nd-place finish in the 8k leading the way. Jones led the women, coming in fourth, as the team placed eighth in the 5k.
