WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Four Demon Deacons were featured in Perfect Game's rankings of prospects for upcoming MLB drafts, released throughout the week.

For the 2016 draft, junior Will Craig checked in on the top 250 overall as the No. 91 prospect and on the top 150 college prospects at No. 55, which would project him as a mid third-round pick. Craig is the reigning ACC Player of the Year and a consensus All-American after hitting .382 with 13 homers and 58 RBIs to go along with 20 doubles and 41 walks a season ago.

Fellow junior Parker Dunshee was tabbed as the No. 146 college prospect, which would slot him as approximately an eighth-round pick. The Zionsville, Indiana native posted a 5-3 record a season ago, leading the team with a 2.89 ERA, 74 strikeouts, four saves and a .225 opponent batting average.

In the 2017 draft class top 100 rankings, sophomore Stuart Fairchild was slated as the No. 62 prospect, typically equal to a mid-to-late secound-round pick. Fairchild had one of the most impressive rookie campaigns in program history, hitting .349 with five homers, 41 RBIs, 14 doubles and 12 stolen bases without committing an error defensively.

Lastly, freshman Johnny Aiello was tabbed as the No. 36 prospect in the top 50 rankings for the 2018 draft, which would likely make him a late first-round pick or compensatory round selection. The switch-hitting infielder was ranked the No. 71 high school recruit a year ago and has experience on U.S. Youth Naitonal Teams.

The Demon Deacons open the 2016 season from Feb. 19-21, playing host to Georgetown, UMBC and VMI in a weekend tournament.
