• The Demon Deacons are the No. 2 seed for the NCAA Tucson Regional
• The top five teams at the regional will advance to the NCAA Championship, held May 27-June 1 in Eugene, Ore.
NCAA REGIONAL HISTORY
• Wake Forest will be making its 27th NCAA Regional appearance since the current format was adopted in 1989
• The Demon Deacons have advanced from regional play to the NCAA Championships 14 times, including regional victories in 2005, 2006 and 2008
• Last year, Wake Forest finished 10th at the Chapel Hill Regional

• The Demon Deacons are coming off a second place at the ACC Championship
• Wake Forest has finished in the top three in nine of 11 events this season, including four victories
• Will Zalatoris was named to the All-ACC Team for the second consecutive year
• Zalatoris has also been named a semifinalist for the Jack Nicklaus Award
• Cameron Young and Kyle Sterbinsky advanced from local qualifying to sectional qualifying for the US Open last week, and will join Zalatoris (who had already earned a place in sectional qualifying)
