The Matchup
• The Wake Forest women's basketball team returns to action following an eight-day break for final examinations to face James Madison on Monday, Dec. 17, in the team's annual School Day game.
• Last year in the Deacs' School Day game, the team welcomed a record-setting 10,011 fans to the LJVM Coliseum as Wake Forest defeated Charlotte, 71-69, on Ariel Stephenson's game-winning layup with two seconds remaining.

• The Deacs won their third consecutive game and improved to 6-4 on the year with  78-67 victory over Maryland Eastern Shore on Sunday, Dec. 8.
Ona Udoh recorded her second double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while going 7-of-8 from the field. Elisa Penna added a team-high 23 points while Ivana Raca contributed 15 points.
Gina Conti dished out nine assists, her second game of nine assists this year.

Elisa Penna is 11th in the ACC in scoring, averaging 16.3 points per game.
Gina Conti ranks second in the ACC in assists per game (5.6) and leads the league in minutes played per game (36.3).
