The Matchup
• The Wake Forest women's basketball team looks to extend its winning streak to three games on Saturday, Dec. 8, as the Demon Deacons play host to Maryland Eastern Shore.
• Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. and will be broadcast on ACC Network Extra. Brian Rushing, Adrianne Bradshaw and Hailey Brooke McFadden will have the call.

• The Deacs improved to 5-4 on the year with 69-43 victory over Charlotte on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

• Ona Udoh is nearly averaging a double-double for the season, scoring 11.1 points per game while bringing in 9.1 rebounds per contest.
• The Deacs rank fifth in the ACC in scoring defense, allowing only 58.8 points per game.
• Senior Elisa Penna leads the Demon Deacons into the 2018-19 season, having been named to the preseason All-ACC team. Additionally, Penna was named to the Cheryl Miller Award watch list, presented to the top small forward in the country.
