The Demon Deacons will open the season on the road playing in the SMU Invitational as well as the National Collegiate Tennis Classic in Palm Springs, Calif., Jan. 10-12. The Deacons will make their 2020 debut at the Wake Forest Tennis Center with a Saturday doubleheader, welcoming College of Charleston and Winthrop on Jan. 18.
Second-seeded Wake Forest will then travel to Stillwater, Okla., for the ITA Kickoff Weekend. The Deacs are set to face Ohio State on Jan. 25 and either San Diego State or Oklahoma State on Sunday, Jan. 26. Fifteen teams will qualify for the event by winning their respective 2020 ITA Kick-Off Weekend four-team regional. The teams will compete in a single-elimination tournament over a four-day span to crown a national indoor champion. Each team is guaranteed three matches at the event.

During the month, Wake Forest will also face ACC opponents Clemson (Feb. 16) and NC State (Feb. 28).
ACC play will continue as the Deacs cap their road trip against Georgia Tech (March 1) before returning home to host a doubleheader against North Carolina and non-conference opponent NC A&T on March 8.
The Demon Deacons will travel to Boston College (March 13) and will return home for a four-match home stand against Notre Dame (March 15), Florida State (March 20), Louisville and Davidson (March 22).
