First pitch between Wake Forest and Appalachian State will be pushed back an hour.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- First pitch between Wake Forest and Appalachian State on Wednesday has been pushed back to 5 p.m.

The change was made to accommodate the Mountaineers' class schedules.

Wednesday's game is the first in a nine-game homestand for the Demon Deacons.
