Wake Forest Continues ACC Play against Cal

The Demon Deacons battle the Golden Bears for just the second time in program history on Friday night.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest closes out a four-game homestand, welcoming California to David F. Couch Ballpark for a three-game ACC set.
The Deacs and Golden Bears meet for the second time on Friday, with the series being the first between the two teams since Cal joined the ACC.
The Demon Deacons trimmed a trio of six-run deficits down to two, ultimately falling, 14-12, when the two teams met in the ACC Tournament last year.

Friday – So. RHP Cameron Bagwell (2-0, 2.77 ERA) vs. Jr. RHP Oliver de la Torre (1-3, 2.70 ERA)

• Wake Forest has a +78 run differential entering this weekend against California

Parking
Fans who have purchased season parking in the Couch Ballpark and McCreary Tower lots will be guaranteed their spots on gameday. No single-game parking will be sold in the Couch lot. Please have your pass prepared to show the parking attendant as you enter the lot.
As a reminder, fans are only permitted to use one (1) parking space per parking pass. Tailgating is not allowed within the parking lots and may only take place in the grassy areas near David F. Couch Ballpark.
Complimentary parking is available in the Gold lot at Allegacy Stadium and in the Starry and Diet Pepsi lots at LJVM Coliseum on gamedays on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans parking in the Starry and Diet Pepsi lots are encouraged to cross Deacon Boulevard by using the crosswalk noted on the map above.
There are a limited amount of McCreary Tower Lot spots available on a single-game basis. You must purchase your pass online before hand, as you will not be allowed to purchase your parking pass at the stadium on gameday.

DEACTOWN Charlotte
Building on the previously announced 2027 Wake Forest football matchup with Notre Dame inside Bank of America Stadium, Wake Forest Athletics continues to strengthen its regional ties to Charlotte as the Demon Deacons baseball program will head to the Queen City to take on Clemson in a showdown at Truist Field on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
The April 1 contest will feature a full slate of special event elements, including NBA legend Muggsy Bogues throwing out the ceremonial first pitch and the Spirit of the Old Gold & Black performing at select moments throughout the day. The game will also highlight Wake Forest's academic programming in Charlotte.

Fan Tailgate Sign Up
Enjoy early access to the ballpark and get ready to cheer on the Deacs as they take on Clemson in Charlotte. Rooftop hospitality will be available from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and first pitch is slated for 6:30 p.m.
Your registration includes traditional gameday food, non-alcoholic beverages and Wake Forest swag.
Ticket Options:
Rooftop Standing Room Only – $40: Includes access to the rooftop pre-game hospitality and standing-room viewing from the rooftop during the game.
Rooftop Hospitality Access + Reserved Seat Upgrade– $50: Includes access to the rooftop pre-game hospitality and an assigned, seated ticket in the stands that guests can access when the stadium gates open.

Wake Forest will offer students the chance to join us in DEACTOWN Charlotte with free tickets and shuttle service to the game.
The sign-up form is available by clicking HERE. The form deadline is Monday, March 30, at midnight. Tickets will be sent to students on Tuesday, March 31.
The shuttle pick-up location will be in front of the Manchester Athletic Center, with the first bus departing at 3:30 p.m. and a second bus departing at 4 p.m.
Both will depart after the game.
