Wake Recruiting Class Receives National Acclaim

The Demon Deacon’s class ranked No. 15 in the country according to the Tennis Recruiting Network.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest women's tennis program garnered national recognition for its 2020 recruiting class, announced Monday by the Tennis Recruiting Network.
The Demon Deacon's three-member class ranked No. 15 in the country, the highest since 2015 when the Deacs had the No. 7 class in the nation.
Since the start of the rankings in 2007, Wake Forest has had a top-25 class nine times and a top-15 class four times.
This year's class sees all three incoming student-athletes rank in the top-60, nationally.
Brooke Killingsworth, a Rogers, Ark. native, is rated as the No. 19 recruit in the country. Casie Wooten, a Torrance, Calif. native, is ranked as the No. 38 player, nationally. Maryam Ahmad, an Albertson, N.Y. native, is listed as the No. 55 recruit according to Tennis Recruiting Network.
