Wake Forest Begins Indoor Season at JDL College Kick-off

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest track & field kicks off the 2021-22 indoor campaign this weekend, as 15 student-athletes get set to compete in the JDL College Kick-off at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. The Demon Deacon women will compete on Saturday, while the men open their season on Sunday.
The JDL College Kick-off marks the beginning of the season for the Demon Deacons and is the only event on Wake Forest's schedule prior to the winter break.
15 student-athletes are also set to compete – Katrina Andreassen, Addison Berry, Anna Bush, Chanel Dawson, Mason Ellis, Isabella Gera, Ashlyn Giles, Jake Goldberg, Thomas Kitchell, Alexis Lay, Janese Lynch, Connor Mathis, Meghan O'Malley, Ethan Roach and Emma Soderstrom.
