Deacons Set for Final Tune Up Ahead of ACC Championships

Wake Forest will have its mid-distance and distance runners compete this weekend in Winston-Salem ahead of the ACC Indoor Championship next week.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Wake Forest men's and women's track & field teams will stay in town this weekend to compete at the JDL FastTrack in the DMR Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
Competition for the Deacs begins on Friday night with one relay team and continues on Saturday with 18 runners across three events. The Demon Deacons will get one last glimpse at opposing competition just one week prior to the conference indoor championships.
