
Wake Forest Set to Play at No. 13 UCF

ORLANDO, Fla. - The No. 14 Wake Forest men's tennis team is set to play their third straight road match in midweek action at No. 13 UCF on Wednesday. First serve from Orlando is slated for 5 p.m. at the UTSA National Campus.
Since the start of the 2016-17 season, Wake Forest has a 32-5 record in away matches. This includes an impressive 20-5 record over the past three seasons.
LAST TIME OUT
Wake Forest will host its last two home matches in the regular season on Sunday as they welcome No. 32 VCU and Coastal Carolina. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET.

LAST TIME OUT
- Two key victories in doubles play and three impressive straight set wins in singles pushed the No. 12 Wake Forest men's tennis team past No. 35 Georgia Tech, 4-3.
- Wake Forest has now beaten Georgia Tech 11 consecutive times, marking the longest win streak for Wake Forest in the series.
- Sunday's win was the Deacs ninth consecutive when winning the doubles point, a streak dating to March 7, 2021.
- The Knights earned three victories in as many days, beating No. 48 SMU 4-0 on Friday, No. 24 Oklahoma 4-0 on Saturday and No. 18 Oklahoma State on Sunday.
- Prior to this week, UCF was winless against teams in the top 25 but now own a 4-3 record over teams who are ranked in the Oracle/ITA's top 50.
- UCF have played eight straight opponents who were either receiving votes or ranked, dating all the way back to Mar. 9. UCF has gone 7-1 during that stretch and have won 10 of their last 11 matches overall.
- UCF currently has two singles players (No. 4 Gabriel Decamps and No. 124 Juan Pablo Grassi Mazzuchi) and two pairs (No. 26 Gabriel Decamps and Trey Hilderbrand and No. 29 Trey Hilderbrand and Bogdan Pavel) ranked by the ITA.
