Freshman Michael Brennan and sophomore Mark Power rounded out the Deacs in the top 15, as they both finished T15. Power led the Deacs with 13 birdies over the entire tournament. Fitzpatrick was right behind him with 12.

Coach's Comments
"This wasn't our best showing. We didn't score it very well. We always start in good position and drive the ball well, but this is a tough course. The greens are tough, and mistakes will add up. You've got to play smart.
ACC's are right around the corner and we have a good conference. Georgia Tech is good, Florida State is good, Duke and Carolina are playing well. We've got to be ready to go in a couple weeks. We will be ready." head coach Jerry Haas
