Wake Forest Throwers Dominate Start of Outdoor Season

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The Wake Forest throws opened the outdoor season with a record book performance, collecting multiple personal bests and two podium finishes at the Bob Davidson Invite in High Point.
THROWS NEARS SCHOOL RECORDS
For the first outdoor event of the season, the throws group excelled with two throwers entering their names into the Wake Forest history books. Isabella Gera's throw of 53.85m enters her at the No. 2 mark in school history in the hammer throw. On the men's side, Andrew White also tossed a No. 2 mark in school history with a 62.16m toss.
RECORD PERFORMANCES
Five Deacs recorded top-10 marks in school history.
