The three members of the staff in Nia Randall, Nikki Flores and Emily Stallings bring valuable working knowledge of Wake Forest University as well as numerous combined years of assistant coaching experience at the collegiate level.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Newly appointed Wake Forest women's basketball head coach Megan Gebbia announced three members of her inaugural staff Thursday, as graduate assistant Nia Randall as well as veteran assistant coaches Nikki Flores and Emily Stallings will join the Demon Deacons for the beginning of the Gebbia era in Winston-Salem

The group brings valuable working knowledge of Wake Forest University as well as a combined 20-plus years of collegiate experience at multiple Division-I institutions.

Randall, Flores and Stallings will assist Coach Gebbia with all day-to-day functions of the Demon Deacon program including game planning, scouting and recruiting efforts.

Coach Gebbia on Nia Randall

"We are incredibly fortunate to have Nia here at Wake Forest," Coach Gebbia said of Nia Randall. "Her knowledge of the university as well as relationships she has not only built within the team but around the campus and the Winston-Salem community will be an asset. Since I first arrived on campus, she has been someone that has helped in my transition to Wake Forest and is also someone that our student-athletes have both respect for both in her knowledge of the game as well as how she helps develop them as young women."

Coach Gebbia on Nikki Flores

"I am very excited to have Nikki join the staff here at Wake Forest," Coach Gebbia said of Nikki Flores. "She was a key part of our success at American University, helping train some of the best guards in the Patriot League during her nine years there. She knows the system well and program values that we will try to instill. Nikki is also a great evaluator of talent, helping lead the recruiting efforts for three Patriot League Championship teams including multiple player of the year award winners. She also is exceptional at building relationships with our student-athletes, helping them develop their on-court games and providing support in their off-court pursuits."

Coach Gebbia on Emily Stallings

"Adding Emily to this staff here at Wake Forest was one of my first priorities after receiving the job," Coach Gebbia said. "She is a rising star in the industry and was integral to the implementation of the system and played a large part in our consistency at American University. Emily is a great developer of the post and wing positions and has helped grow some of the best in program history including Jade Edwards, who was All-Patriot League five times. She will also help us continue to add high-level talent to this program on the recruiting trail while helping develop our young women on and off the court as we pursue championships."
