Seven Demon Deacons Named to Senior Bowl Watch List

The Senior Bowl is the premiere college football all-star game played annually in Mobile, Alabama, showcasing the best NFL Draft prospects of those players who have completed their college eligibility.
MOBILE, Ala. – The Wake Forest football team had seven players named to the Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List, as announced by the bowl Wednesday morning.
The seven selections was the fourth-most in the conference, trailing just Florida State, Miami and NC State. The Demon Deacons also had balance on the watch list as four offensive players and three defensive players were named.
The Senior Bowl is the premiere college football all-star game played annually in Mobile, Alabama, showcasing the best NFL Draft prospects of those players who have completed their college eligibility.
Six of the seven of the Wake Forest players listed in junior defensive back Caelen Carson, junior Jasheen Davis, junior running back Justice Ellison, redshirt junior wide receiver Donavon Greene, redshirt junior wide receiver Taylor Morin and junior defensive back Malik Mustapha will still have additional eligibility beyond this season. They will still be eligible for the game given they are all in their fourth years or higher in college.
Redshirt senior offensive lineman Michael Jurgens is the final Demon Deacon in the list as he returns for his sixth season in Winston-Salem and his third as a Wake Forest captain.
