"We made some really great steps in the right direction this weekend.  It was a little bit of a mixed bag in the 800m but Jack Balick had an exceptional day taking off about 1.5 seconds from his indoor personal best and getting third in a very competitive field. Charlie, Rocky and Weber all had fantastic days in the 3k, each walking away with a new personal best. Paul had a great run as well. Breaking four minutes in the mile and setting a new personal best is great momentum heading into ACC's" - Assistant coach Brandon Hazouri
