""I'm not excited about the finish of either team. I did see some positives out there that we can build upon for the outdoor season but we missed way too many opportunities for points. Obviously, Tommy winning the shot put was tremendous and the highlight of the meet. He's been such a great competitor and finally got the win. I feel confident he will get to the NCAA meet and battle for All-American. Coach Post has done a tremendous job with him."" - head coach John Hayes
"We closed out the meet really well today. Rynard ran tough in the men's 800 final scoring in his 3rd straight track championship. Emma got a great taste of what it takes to be great in the ACC, and I feel really confident she will improve upon her 8th place finish outdoors.
Rocky was really impressive coming out and grabbing a personal record and points for the team in the 3k. He's still in the beginning stages of getting back from an injury in the fall, so to come out and score in that field shows you what kind of athlete he is." - assistant coach Brandon Hazouri
"That was an emotionally exhausting championship meet, and I couldn't be more proud of how the throwers competed. Tommy bringing home the championship in the shot put and adding to his legacy at Wake Forest will always make this meet a special one for me." - assistant coach Colin Post
"We had multiple solid performances at the ACC Track Championships, but we're hungry for more. Time to get back to work for the outdoor track season." - assistant coach Ashley Bastron
