From Head Coach Jeff Wyshner
"That was a very solid ACC opener for us. We faced a little adversity at first and second doubles, but responded well to take the doubles point. Everyone was focused in singles from the start. I was very impressed with Whitley stepping in to singles at the last second and then playing very well. It was a good win. Now on to the next one, which will be a big Sunday against Notre Dame. I hope people will come out again, like they did today. The home crowd really helps! "
