From the Staff
"Both the men and women had good days but I'm quite confident that we can be better on both sides. The good thing is that the fitness is where it should be. We can tweak some things and execute a little better." - Director of Track & Field and Cross Country John Hayes

"Racing against some of the best teams in the country was a great learning experience for our women. For many, it was their first time in this size of field and they accomplished several of the goals we had coming in. That said, it's early and we have bigger goals on the horizon. We're excited to get back to work before racing here again in three weeks." - Associate Head Coach Ashley Bastron

"Overall we are very pleased with today's result. Rocky was exceptional today and it was great to see Luke back mixing it up with the best guys in the country where he belongs. Our 3-5 guys each did their part which is what you have to do to be the team we are striving to be. Overall we are still in the 1/3 of the season so there is plenty of work left to do. These guys should be proud but also know that we have to continue to get better from now until November 23." - Assistant coach Brandon Hazouri
