WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The No. 13-ranked Wake Forest women's soccer team (9-2-3, 3-1-2 ACC) remained unbeaten at home after a 1-1 draw with the Louisville Cardinals (10-3-1, 3-2-1 ACC) Thursday night at Spry Stadium.

Demon Deacon Details of Note
From Coach da Luz
"We played an excellent first half, executed our game plan and played with control. I'm really happy for Allie Flanagan scoring again and Sammi Wiemann getting her first start and playing really well. Brooke Miller also excelled in a new position. Our second half lacked composure down the stretch, but to draw against a good Louisville team is a fair result. Now we prepare for Clemson on the road on Thursday."

Wake Forest will prepare for its second-to-last road contest on Oct. 16 against the Clemson Tigers at Historic Riggs Field. The contest will be streamed nationally on ACCN with kickoff at 7 pm.
