The Demon Deacons are coming off a hard-fought neutral site showdown against No. 6 Michigan.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's basketball team (2-1, 0-0 ACC) will return to LJVM Coliseum – where the Demon Deacons have accumulated a 63-10 home record since 2021 – for a Sunday afternoon showdown with UMass Lowell (1-3, 0-0 America East).

This first-ever meeting between the Demon Deacons and River Hawks will tip at 2 p.m. and be streamed on ACC Network Extra.

Last Time Out
The Demon Deacons battled No. 6 Michigan in an overtime thriller during the second Wolverine-Deacon Challenge Showdown on Tuesday night, ultimately coming up just short, 85-84, at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

Sophomore guard Juke Harris led the way for the Deacs, finishing the game with 19 points on 6-of-14 shooting. The Salisbury, N.C., native also recorded six rebounds, two steals, and an assist.

Defensively, the Demon Deacons continued their outstanding three-point defense as they held Michigan to 4-of-25 (16 percent) from beyond the arc, including 1-of-13 (7.7 percent) in the second half to help erase a 13-point halftime deficit. Wake Forest has now held their first three opponents to 19-of-86 from three-point territory (22.1 percent).

The Deacs also forced 17 turnovers on the night, bringing their season total to 53 forced turnovers.
