Wake Forest Hosts Unbeaten No. 13 Vanderbilt in Non-Conference Finale

The Demon Deacons are in search of a marquee victory before turning their attention to ACC play later this month.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest men's basketball will close out the non-conference portion of the 2025-26 schedule on Sunday afternoon, facing No. 13 Vanderbilt at LJVM Coliseum.
Vanderbilt is the highest ranked non-conference team to play at LJVM Coliseum since Wake Forest faced No. 6 Xavier on Dec. 22, 2015.
Tip-off for the contest is scheduled for 1 p.m. and will air nationwide on The CW.
Last Time Out
Junior guard Myles Colvin hit the go-ahead three with just 49 seconds remaining in the contest as Wake Forest extended its winning streak to three games on Wednesday evening, defeating Longwood 71-68 at LJVM Coliseum.
Sophomore guard Juke Harris led the Demon Deacons with 19 points while going 11-of-14 from the free-throw line. The Salisbury, N.C., native also recorded a team-high eight rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Senior guard Nate Calmese finished the game with 12 points while making all but one of his six field-goal attempts. Meanwhile, Colvin added 11 points, five rebounds and a team-best three assists.
Senior forward Tre'Von Spillers recorded nine points, six rebounds, a block and a steal, while junior forward Cooper Schwieger notched six points and three rebounds in just under 17 minutes off the bench.
Defensively, the Deacs limited Longwood to just 35.5 percent from the field, including holding them to 9-of-34 (26.5 percent) during the second half. Additionally, Wake Forest forced 13 turnovers and totaled nine steals.

Wake Forest men's basketball has built one of college basketball's premier home court advantages over the last five seasons, as the Demon Deacons have collected a 68-11 at LJVM Coliseum since 2021—tied for the third-most home wins nationally over that period.

Wake Forest's 43 victories in non-conference play since 2021-22 are tied for the second-most in the ACC during that span.

Sophomore guard Juke Harris continues to pace the Demon Deacons in scoring this season, as he's reached a double-digit scoring total in all 12 games while ranking fifth in the ACC in points per game (20.1).
Additionally, Harris is one of only three ACC players – and one of just nine nationally – averaging 20 points and 6 rebounds per game this season, joining Duke's Cameron Boozer and Miami's Malik Reneau. Nationally, Harris also ranks tied for sixth amongst all sophomores in points per game.
