Program Record Eight Deacs Named to the ACC All-Academic Team

Raegyn Conley and Madisyn Jordan were named to the team for the second time in their careers while Malaya Cowles, Demeara Hinds, Tamia Jones, Kennedy Moore, Aurora Sørbye and Rylie Theuerkauf were all placed on the team for the first time in their Wake Forest careers.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A program record eight Wake Forest women's basketball student-athletes were named to the ACC All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office Monday.
 
For the second time in their careers, senior guard Raegyn Conley and sophomore guard/forward Madisyn Jordan were named to the team while redshirt junior forward Malaya Cowles, redshirt senior forward Demeara Hinds, graduate guard Tamia Jones, freshman forward Kennedy Moore, freshman guard Aurora Sørbye and sophomore guard Rylie Theuerkauf all on the team for the first time in their collegiate careers.
 
The 17 honorees over the last two seasons mark the most in a three-year period in program history. Additionally over the past six seasons, Wake Forest has had 24 student-athletes named to the Academic All-ACC Team.
