This is Kovelesky’s first All-American Honor of her career and Chacarra’s fourth.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Announced Tuesday, May 27 by the Women's Golf Coaches Association, senior Carolina Chacarra and freshman Chloe Kovelesky have been named to the 2025 All-American list.

This marks Chacarra's fourth All-American honor and her maiden First Team recognition. Now a four-time All-American, she was named to the All-American Second Team in 2022 and 2023, and the Honorable Mention Team in 2024.

Since 1980, 23 Demon Deacons have received All-American honors. Of that list, just three have earned honors every year of their collegiate career, making Chacarra the fourth to do so.

Rounding off her time at Wake Forest with an individual title at the NCAA Lubbock Regional, the senior was also named to the 2025 All-ACC Team, adding to her three previous conference nods (2022, 2023, 2024). Just yesterday, she received the prestigious 2025 Juli Inkster Award, which recognizes the highest-ranked senior in her final year of eligibility and provides mentorship and resources as the recipient begins her transition to the professional field.

Chacarra recorded the lowest scoring average of the 2024-25 squad at 70.88 and two individual wins across the fall and spring seasons. She shot her lowest rounds at five-under par (67) during the ANNIKA Intercollegiate and the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational.

Wrapping up an exemplary rookie year, freshman Chloe Kovelesky earned a spot on the Honorable Mention Team, in addition to being named to the All-ACC Team back in April.

Kovelesky made her collegiate debut with an individual win at the Lady Bulldog Invitational and carried that momentum into the spring. The Florida native placed top 20 or better in every contest of the regular season and shot two under par at the Lubbock Regional to secure a third-place finish in her NCAA Regional debut.

The Deacons highlighted a stellar regular season with three team titles and finished top-five or better in all but one stroke play tournament. They continue to dominate in the match-play field, with two separate wins over the South Carolina Gamecocks at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup and Old Barnwell Derby.

Most recently, Wake Forest made their seventh consecutive trip to the NCAA Championship after the team shot two-under par (862) to claim the regional victory at The Rawls in Lubbock, Texas.
