LUBBOCK, Texas - Through two rounds of tournament play in Lubbock, Texas, the no. 2-seeded Wake Forest women's golf team has extended its lead and created an eight-stroke gap between first and second place heading into tomorrow's final round.
As a team, the Demon Deacons top the leaderboards in par three and par four scoring, and lead the competition with 125 total pars.
After a stellar first round, senior Carolina Chacarra posted another round under par to help the Deacs maintain their lead.
