Wake Forest Closes Regular Season Home Schedule with Pitt

The Demon Deacons have won five straight entering Friday’s contest with the Panthers.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Both entering as winners of five-straight contests, Wake Forest and Pitt will battle one another in a crucial three-game ACC series at David F. Couch Ballpark this weekend.
Friday's first pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET, while Saturday will get underway at 4 p.m. ET. The series concludes at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. All three games are set to air on ACC Network Extra.

Scanny's Scorthing
Graduate transfer Matt Scannell has been the catalyst behind Wake's five-game win streak, going 10-for-20 (.500) at the plate, with three doubles and a triple. Scannell has recorded two hits in each of the last six contests entering the series against Pitt, raising his batting average 35 points in the last two weeks.

Parking Update
Access to Deacon Boulevard from University Parkway is closed due to the construction of The Grounds. As a result, access to parking at Couch Ballpark, Allegacy Stadium, and LJVM Coliseum will be altered as follows:
- Season Parking at Couch Ballpark & McCreary Tower – Fans will be able to access these lots from Deacon Boulevard via Shorefair Drive.
- Please note single-game parking is no longer permitted at McCreary Tower; this lot is only available to those who have purchased season parking passes. Single-game parking is also not permitted in the Green lot at the Indoor Tennis Center or the HES Building.
- Complimentary Single-Game Parking at Allegacy Stadium – Fans will be able to access the Gold lot at Allegacy Stadium from Reynolds Boulevard or Shorefair Drive.
- Complimentary Single-Game Parking at LJVM Coliseum – Fans will be able to access the Starry lot and the Diet Pepsi lot from the main entrance of the LJVM Coliseum via University Parkway or from Deacon Boulevard via Shorefair Drive.
- Fans parking in the Starry and Diet Pepsi lots are encouraged to cross Deacon Boulevard by using the tunnel or the crosswalk noted on the map above.
