Wake Forest Field Hockey Announces 2026 Spring Schedule

The Demon Deacons take on four opponents at Kentner Stadium during the spring.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest field hockey team will host four home matches and compete in two road contests during the 2026 spring season, head coach Jen Averill announced Monday.
The Demon Deacons open the spring campaign on Saturday, Feb. 28, against the Davidson Wildcats with the first touch set for noon. Wake Forest then welcomes ACC foe Virginia to Kentner Stadium on Sunday, March 22, also at noon.
Wake Forest travels to Charlotte to face the USA Field Hockey National Team on Friday, March 27, at 6 p.m.
The Demon Deacons return home Thursday, April 9, to take on Big Four rival Duke at 7 p.m. before wrapping up the home slate against Maryland on Saturday, April 12, at noon.
Wake Forest closes the spring schedule on the road at North Carolina on Saturday, April 19, at noon.
