Dominant at The Couch
• With a clear home-field advantage, Wake has gone 128-30-1 since 2022 at The Couch with at least 20 wins at home in each of the last four seasons, including a stellar 34-3 mark on its way to a program-record 54 wins in 2023, 25-7 in 2024, and finished 24-8 in 2025.
• Over the past five seasons, the Demon Deacons have outscored their opponents by over 825 runs at The Couch, with a 1,503-669 margin in 158 contests.
• The Deacs saw a 69-game non-conference home win streak come to an end in early 2025, but are 85-2 in such games since 2022.
• With six home games left, Wake is 19-5 at The Couch, including a pair of run-rule wins against NC State and have scored seven runs or more in 18 of 24 games.
Strike Early. Strike Often.
• One of the keys to the Deacs' success over the last five years has been scoring first, as Wake Forest has gone 130-40-1 in games in which they got on the board first since the 2022 season.
• Under Tom Walter, Wake is 339-133-1 when scoring first, including a 19-5 mark during the 2026 campaign.
