- Women's Soccer:
- The No. 11 Demon Deacons continued their undefeated start to the season as they improved to 4-0 following wins over Iowa and Old Dominion at Spry Stadium.
- The Deacs opened the week with a 2-0 win over the Hawkeyes on Thursday afternoon.
- Junior forward Lola Ressler notched her second career brace to lead the Demon Deacons, while redshirt junior goalkeeper logged her third consecutive shutout.
- On Sunday, Wake Forest battled past the Monarchs, securing a 1-0 victory behind a free kick goal by redshirt junior defender Sierra Sythe and a shutout by redshirt freshman goalkeeper Lizzie Thornton in her Demon Deacon debut.
- The Deacs opened the week with a 2-0 win over the Hawkeyes on Thursday afternoon.

- The No. 7 Deacs open the regular season as they host the annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge this weekend at Kentner Stadium.
- Wake Forest opens the season against No. 11 Iowa on Friday at 6 p.m., before wrapping up the weekend with a matchup against No. 14 Michigan on Sunday at 2 p.m.
- Senior Mia Schoenbeck has been a key standout for Team USA at the 2026 FIH World Cup:
- Starting every game for Team USA, the LaGrange, Ky., native recorded the game sealing goal in their first match against No. 14 Scotland to help the U.S. secure their first win 3-2, as well as the go-ahead goal to help USA defeat No. 11 Ireland 3-1 in the second phase of pool play.
- The No. 7 Deacs open the regular season as they host the annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge this weekend at Kentner Stadium.

- Wake Forest announced its 2026-27 schedule on Friday afternoon:
