Outdoor - Broke the Wake Forest record in the women’s outdoor 10,000m after recording a time of 32:50.07 to place seventh at the Raleigh Relays… Also ran the second-fastest time in school history in the women’s 5000m to notch a fifth place result at the Wake Forest Invitational, clocking 15:47.75.
Indoor - Ran the third-fastest 3000m in program history at 9:12.39 to place 15th at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships… Also earned Second Team All-ACC honors after finishing in sixth in the 5000m… Recorded the third-best time in program history in the women’s 5000m at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, notching a time of 15:49.45.

Outdoor: Earned a PR of 4:23.60, placing 10th in the 1500m event at the Duke Invitational ... Competed in the Wake Forest Invitational, finishing with a personal best time of 15:51.57 in the 5000m, placing eighth.
Indoor: Recorded a personal best in the 3000m, clocking 9:32.69, en route to a 16th place finish at the Eagle Elite.
Cross Country: Set a new personal record by placing 10th in the 6K at the NCAA Division 1 Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/10), contributing to Wake Forest's strong fourth-place team finish with an individual time of 20:04.5 … Previously, she secured 18th place in the 6K at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/27) with a time of 20:21.1, playing a role in leading the Deacons to a sixth-place finish.
