• Started the season winning nine-straight (Jan. 9 to Feb. 6)
• Picked up three ranked win over No. 46 Bastien Huon (Coastal Carolina), No. 62 Trent Bryde (Georgia), No. 67 Patrick Maloney (Michigan).
• Posted a 3-3 record in three-set matches
• Played at the top three singles positions for Wake Forest, earning the most wins at the No. 3 singles position (7)
• Entered the ITA rankings at No. 51 in singles (Feb. 10) 

2020-21 (Junior)
Singles: 12-8 
• Doubles: 17-8

• Recorded a 12-8 singles record and went 6-2 in ACC action
• Went on a 7-straight win streak from (Jan. 31 to Feb. 28)
• Had the most wins at the No. 5 spot with 6 singles wins
• Posted a 17-8 record in doubles, partnered mostly with Taha Baadi (13-6) and went 5-2 in conference play
• Ranked as high as No. 56 in doubles with Taha Baadi
• Claimed 8 wins at the No. 2 and 9 wins at the No. 3 doubles position

Posted a 15-4 overall record and 10-2 in dual match competition
Split his time between courts two, three and four, picking up a 5-1 record in the fourth spot
Went 1-0 in ACC play, defeating Spencer Furman of Duke 6-2, 7-5
Went 2-2 in doubles with partner Taha Baadi on the second court
Won seven of his final eight singles matches
 
2018-19 (Freshman)

Finished second on the team in singles wins with a 33-12 record
Was the only player to play a dual match at all six singles positions this year for Wake Forest, earning wins at every spot except No. 2 singles
Posted a perfect 9-0 singles record in ACC play, having finished the year playing primarily at the No. 5 spot
Collected four wins over ranked opponents, including a win over No. 60 Ewan Moore of Tulane in his first collegiate match
Owned a season-high ranking of 39 entering the spring season
Finished second on the team in matches clinched with seven
Tied for third in doubles wins on the year, finishing 20-13 having competed primarily at the No. 3 position with Siddhant Banthia

Competed in the Davis Cup for Cyprus with current Demon Deacon Petros Chrysochos

Has competed in the junior level of three grand slam events, advancing to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open Juniors, the second round of singles and the quarterfinals in doubles at the Wimbledon Juniors and the Round of 16 at the US Open Juniors, all in 2017
Efstathiou, who has been ranked as high as 14.14 in the UTR, has also excelled on the ITF circuit
Swept the Uzbekistan ITF event singles and doubles titles in 2017 and 2016 after previously sweeping both titles at the 2015 Lebanon ITF event
Efstathiou has also advanced to the finals in singles and doubles at ITF events held in Cyprus (2016) and Jordan (2015) while advancing to the singles championship in Morocco (2016). Competed in both the Cyprus Tennis Europe and Malta Tennis Europe events. In 2015 he claimed the singles and doubles titles at both U16 events
Previously won both singles and doubles events in the U16 level in 2014 at Malta Tennis Europe
In 2013 he won the U14 singles title in Malta and claimed the doubles championship at the U14 in Cyprus
