Track and Field: Outdoor: 2006: Earned All-ACC honors by finishing third in the 200-meter dash at the ACC Championships in a time of 21.07... finished fifth in the 400-meter dash at the ACC Championships (47.47)... ran the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that qualified for the NCAA Championships... helped shatter the team[apos]s own school record in the 4x400m at the NCAA East Regionals (3:05.48) that it had set earlier in the season... earned a second place finish behind South Carolina at the regional championships, qualifying the team for the NCAA Championships... member of the 4x100-meter relay team that set a new school record en route to winning the event at the ACC Championships (39.62)... member of the ACC Champion 4x400-meter relay team (3:08.36).
2005: Claimed the 100 meter title at the Deacon Opener, running a personal best 10.74 in the event ... ran a 21.49 in the 200 meters at that same meet before injuring himself and red-shirting the remainder of the season.
2004: Captured sixth at the JMU Invitational in the 200m ... placed third in the same event at the Tar Heel Opener ... finished fourth and second at those meets in the 400m dash respectively ... placed ninth at the ACC Preliminary[apos]s in that event.
2003: Qualified for USA Jr. Nationals in the 200m ... took first place in the 400m dash at the Wake Forest Invitational with a time of 48.43 ... ran a 48.53 in the 400m at the Oregon Invitational.
Indoor: 2006: Finished eighth in the 200-meter dash at the ACC Championships in a time of 22.01... earned All-ACC honors by finishing third in the 400-meter dash in a time of 47.43... an ACC champion as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:10.99).
2005: Finished second at the Clemson Classic when he ran a 49.07 400m dash ... was part of a 4x400 meter relay team that placed third at the Clemson Classic with a total time of 3:21.73 ... earned a third place finish in the 200m dash at the ACC Championships with a time of 21.68 ... was named All-ACC for those efforts ... received fourth place honors and set a new school record with a 400m dash time of 47.73 at the Meyo Invitational ... earned a third place finish and set a new school record in the 500m run with a 1:04.74 time at the Virginia Tech Invitational
2004: Placed 12th in the 200m dash at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... found a third place finish at the Carolina Classic in the 400m ... finished ninth in the 200m and 400m at the ACC Championships.
2003: Recorded Wake Forest[apos]s best 200m and 400m times of the season ... ran a 21.85 at the Penn State Meet ... his 49.56 time in the 400m at th ACC Championships was good for seventh place.
