Ran multiple events as a versatile sprinter as a senior … Part of the second place DMR team at the Bob Pollock Invitational at Clemson (1/24) … Season-best 50.53 in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17).

2019 Outdoor
Ran at four meets for the Deacs...member of men's 4x400 and 4x100 relays teams at the Charlotte 49er Classic, High Point Vertklasse and Virginia Challenge (4x400 only)...ran with 1600SMR men's team at the Raleigh Relays and finished third.

2019 Indoor
Competed at six meets for Wake Forest....took third in the 400m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (Jan. 12) with a time of 50.66....ran in the 600m for the first time in his career and finished fourth with a time of 1:24.77 at the Camel City Invitational (Feb. 1-2). Also competed at the Wake Forest Invite, Bob Pollock Invitational, Iowa State Classic and ACC Championships.

2018 Outdoor
Competed in six meets…Opened the season at the Wake Forest Outdoor Opener where he finished fourth in the 400m and helped the 4x100m team to a second-place finish…Member of the first-place sprint medley relay team at the Raleigh Relays…Ran in both the 4x100 and 4x400 at the VertKlasse Meeting…Ran a career-best 48.82 in the 400m at the Charlotte Invitational, good for eighth…Also helped the 4x400m relay team to a fourth-place finish and the 4x100m relay team to a fifth-place finish at Charlotte…Also competed at the Virginia Challenge and the Virginia Grand Prix.

2017-18 Indoor
Competed in eight meets, including the ACC Championships…Helped the distance medley relay to a seventh-place finish and the 4x400m relay to a 10th-place finish at the ACC Championships…4x400m relay team finished second at the UNCG Early Bird Duals, fifth at the Navy Invitational and third at Camel City…DMR finished third at the Music City Challenge.

2017 Outdoor
Ran in six meets including the ACC Championships where his 4x100m relay team finished eighth and the 4x400m relay team took 13th...Had a highest personal finish of eighth in the 400m at the Tennessee Challenge.
