Claimed seven podium spots throughout the season ... Set a personal best in the discus throw at the ACC Outdoor Championship with a 58.22m time, earning All-ACC Second Team ... At the NCAA East Prelims he set a personal best in the hammer throw with a 63.03m toss, placing 24th.

2022 (Indoor)
Started the season with a first place finish in the Weight Throw at the Mondo College Invitational..Set a new PR and placed 2nd in the Weight Throw at the Hokie Invitational with a throw of 20.40m (66’11.25”) ... Collected another 2nd place finish in the Weight Throw at the Camel City Invitational with a throw of 20.12m (66’0.25”) ... Set a personal best with a 21.04m weight throw, placing him fifth at the ACC Indoor Championship and earning All-ACC Second Team.

2021 (Outdoor)
Competed in both the Discus Throw and Hammer throw during the season…Tallied twelve Top-10 finishes during the season…Took 1st place in the discus throw at the Tobacco Road Challenge with a throw of 54.71m (179’6”)...Set two separate PR’s at the Duke Twilight…Came in 1st place in the Discus Throw at the Duke Twilight with a throw of 56.54m (185’6”) along with a second place finish in the Hammer Throw with a distance of 60.10m (197’2”)...Placed 7th place in the Discus Throw and 9th place in the Hammer throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships…Ended the season with a 30th place finish in the Discus throw at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round.

2021 (Indoor)
Competed in the Weight Throw in four different events…Collected a Top-10 finish in each event he competed in…Finished 3rd place in the Weight Throw at the Brant Tolsma Invitational…Ended the season with an 8th place finish at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Named second team All-ACC as a sophomore after finishing fifth in the weight throw at the ACC Championship (2/27) … Season-best throw was 19.13m (62-9) at the ACC meet … Took first place with a toss of 18.57m (60-11.25) at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/21) … Finished in the top five in five of his six meets … Recorded Wake Forest’s top six weight throw marks in 2019-20.
