Outdoor: Grabbed a 36th place finish at the NCAA East Prelims in the 10,000m event ... Set a personal best in the 5000m, placing 16th at the ACC Outdoor Championship and 10th in the 10,000m ... Set a personal best in the 10,000m at the Virginia Challenge, placing eighth.
Indoor: Placed 25th at the ACC Indoor Championship in the 5000m.
2021 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Outdoor: Placed fourteenth (9:04.64) in the 3000S at the Raleigh Relays…Set a new PR in the 1500m (3:50.42) at the Tobacco Road Challenge.
Cross Country: Earned All-ACC honors at the ACC Championship with a team-best fifth-place finish, completing the 8k in 23:24.8 ... Finished second as Wake Forest defeated NC State and North Carolina in a tri-meet (Oct. 16), as his mark of 24:44.48 was a hundredth of a second behind teammate Jack Tiernan ... Took third overall in the season-opener against Virginia and North Carolina, crossing in 24:13.5.
