Jess Pham joined Wake Forest a video coordinator and assistant director of basketball operations in August 2020 and served in the role until 2021. She currently served as the Director of Recruiting and video coordinator.
In her role with the Demon Deacons, she oversees all aspects of video including recording, editing and archiving game and practice film. She also helps coordinate all recruiting efforts for the program.
Pham came to Winston-Salem after spending the past two seasons at Liberty University where she served as a graduate assistant coach. In her role with the Flames, Pham assisted the program in a multitude of ways including player development, cutting game and practice film, managing the Flames social channels and helped in Liberty's recruiting efforts.
Prior to her move to Liberty, she spent one season as the director of basketball operations at Canisius. There Pham coordinated all aspects of team travel, coordinated ticket requests and oversaw all aspects of video and technology.
Pham also served as the director of basketball operations for the Longwood women's basketball program during the 2016-17 season and as the volunteer director of basketball operations during the 2015-16 season.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Longwood University in exercise science. Pham also earned a master's degree from Liberty University in sports management in 2019, a master's degree in sports administration from Canisius College in 2020 and is currently pursuing a third master's degree from Liberty in psychology with an emphasis in industrial and organizational design.
