The Wake Forest men and women??s cross country teams head down to Greenville, NC to compete in pre-regionals on Oct. 12.
The women??s cross country team is coming off of a second place finish at the Iona Meet of Champions in New York City on Sept. 29. Top runners for the Demon Deacons include Anne Bersagel (fifth), Risa Rutland (seventh) and Jill Miller (eighth).
The men competed at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 29, claiming the 20th spot overall. Mike Altieri, Brandon Bartholomew and Dave Barrett were the top finishers for the Deacs.
