WINDERMERE, FL - On a day when gusting winds made the Isleworth Country Club Course extremely difficult, no Wake Forest golfer broke 80 and the Demon Deacons slipped from first place to finish tied for fourth at the Isleworth Invitational here Tuesday.
After Monday's round was cancelled because of weather, the Demon Deacons took a one-shot lead over defending NCAA champion Georgia into today's final 18 holes.
Out of four ACC teams,
It was a difficult day for all involved. Not one of the 90 participants in the tournament broke par today.
