WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will look to earn a road win over a ranked opponent when the Demon Deacons travel to Charlottesville to take on No. 19 Virginia on Wednesday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena.

• Wednesday's game will be televised regionally by Fox Sports. Rich Waltz (play-by-play) and Cory Alexander (color) will call the action.
• The game can be heard on the Wake Forest IMG College Sports Network and online at WakeForestSports.com. Stan Cotten (play-by-play) and Mark Freidinger (color) have the call.

Last Time Out
• Wake Forest (11-12, 2-7 ACC) is coming off an 87-76 loss at NC State on Saturday in Raleigh. The Deacons led by seven early on, put five players in double figures and shot 50 percent from the field but could not get past the rival Wolfpack.
C.J. Harris led the Deacons with 21 points for his ninth 20-point performance of the season. Harris, Chase Fischer and Travis McKie each hit three 3-pointers on the afternoon.
Tony Chennault filled the stat sheet with nine points, a carer-high seven rebounds and six assists.

Today's Opponent
• Virginia (18-4, 5-3 ACC) is coming off a 58-55 loss at Florida State on Saturday. The loss snapped the Cavaliers' three-game winning streak.
• Virginia, ranked No. 19 in the latest AP Poll and No. 20 in the Coaches Poll, is 11-1 at John Paul Jones Arena this season. The Cavaliers' only home blemish was a 47-45 setback to rival Virginia Tech on Jan. 22.

Series History
• Wake Forest leads the all-time series with Virginia, 69-59. The Deacons have won six straight in the series since 2006-07, including a 76-71 victory in Winston-Salem in last season's only meeting.
• In addition to winning six straight, Wake Forest has won eight of the past 10 meetings since 2004-05. The Deacons are 2-1 all-time at John Paul Jones Arena, having won two straight at the venue.

Next Up...
• Wake Forest will return home to host Clemson on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 4 p.m. Wake Forest will be looking for a season split with the Tigers after falling at Clemson on Jan. 28. The Tigers are 11-11 overall and 3-5 in the ACC entering Tuesday's home game against Maryland.
• The Deacons will then host Georgia Tech on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 p.m. for the first of two meetings with the Yellow Jackets this season. Georgia Tech is 9-14 overall and 2-7 in the ACC entering Thursday's home game against NC State.
